Description
This small 27m2 studio, mainly decorated with wood, will be perfect for 4 to 5 people, located on the 1st floor on 1 floor, with a small sunny terrace of 6m2.
Private parking space in the residence n° 287.
It is composed of a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a 120 cm bed (bought in 2017), a double 140 cm bed on the mezzanine, a kitchen equipped with a top fridge, 3 gas rings, 1 oven, 1 electric coffee maker with filter, 1 microwave.
The apartment is equipped with 2 televisions, one in the living room and one on the mezzanine. French channels only.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as the cleaning kit, duvets and pillows.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.
For towels: 10€ per person.
Rental of baby bed: 13 € per week.
