YOUR ARRIVAL

Arrivals take place on Saturdays from 2pm to 5.30pm. Depending on the availability of the apartment, possibility to collect the keys at the end of the morning (see with the agency).

Outside these hours of reception, (traffic jams, breakdowns, delays, ... ) please contact us to arrange for the keys to be handed over outside opening hours.

YOUR DEPARTURE

The rental must be free for 10am.

For any early departure, please deposit the keys in the agency's letter box (green box located at the entrance with the label Mer Océan Montagne).

Due to the large number of arrivals and departures at the same time, the agency cannot check the rented premises in the presence of the tenant, but this will be done before the new tenant takes possession of the keys by our staff.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Rental services:
- Wifi ( 4G box, 7€ by day or 40€ by week)
- Sheets (15€ by bed), towels ( 10€ by person)
- Bed for Baby ( 13€ by week)

TENNIS

Port Lano: Possibility to use the tennis court, ask the concierge at the residence.

Tennis-Village: Purchase of the club card entitling you to 1 hour of tennis per day: ask at the concierge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Deposit to be given on arrival by cheque or credit card imprint.

• 1 of 300€ for apartments, 1000€ for a villa and 1 of 70€ for the cleaning (or 165€ for cleaning villa)

Deposits will be destroyed within 15 days after deduction of any damage or insufficient or non-existent household.

STAY TAX

Tourist taxes to be calculated by the agency at the time of your reservation.

APARTMENT LAYOUT

The apartments are equipped and furnished by a private owner, for the number of people indicated.

Under no circumstances can this number be exceeded without the prior agreement of the agency or the owner.
