Charming small semi-detached villa of 40m2 for 6 people, with its 13m2 garden facing West, perfect to enjoy your holidays with your family, being close to everything, accessible by bike or on foot in order to be able to move around Cap d'Agde.
Private parking in residence no. 16.

This apartment villa has a living room with sofa bed communicating with the kitchen completely renovated in 2018 and very well equipped (1 refrigerator-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 classic coffee maker with filter and 1 maximix coffee maker, 1 electric plate 4 burners), 1 plancha is available for your grills, 1 toilet only is on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find 1 bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed in 140 and wall cupboard, 1 second bedroom with 2 single beds in 90.

The TV in the living room only has French channels.

Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets and pillows and cleaning kits.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.
